These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the baji bip platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account management features available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the baji bip platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active baji bip account. Duplicate accounts, household accounts used to claim multiple bonuses, and shared accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and baji bip (the "Platform" or "We"). These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall prevail. baji bip makes no representations that the platform or its content is appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing baji bip from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
If you are accessing baji bip on behalf of any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity to this Agreement. In practice, baji bip accounts are personal accounts intended for individual natural persons only — corporate or collective accounts are not permitted.

Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the baji bip platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. baji bip operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. 18+
- You are registering as an individual natural person, not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or collective.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from baji bip or had an account closed by baji bip for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of baji bip, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, nor attempting to circumvent any such prohibition.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of, or in the interest of, any third party.
baji bip conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. Players will be required to submit government-issued identity documents (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold.
Where baji bip has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation. If underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any bonus-derived winnings. baji bip may report confirmed cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities.

Section 3
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of baji bip services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.
Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) baji bip account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, baji bip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or winnings, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts. baji bip uses technical and procedural controls to identify duplicate registrations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. baji bip will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your baji bip account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility. You must notify baji bip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
baji bip conducts KYC verification as part of the standard account lifecycle. This process may be triggered at registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any point that baji bip deems necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Players who fail to provide the requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will have their account suspended until verification is completed.

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
baji bip supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the baji bip wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the player should contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number. baji bip is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are typically completed within two hours for verified accounts. baji bip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing time up to 24 hours.
All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Transactions from or to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be refused. Any attempt to use payment methods not owned by the account holder constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
baji bip does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion charges may also apply if your payment method account is denominated in a currency other than BDT.
AML Policy Notice: baji bip maintains strict anti-money-laundering procedures. Funds deposited to a baji bip account must be used for genuine gambling activity. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without sufficient play may be treated as suspicious activity and may result in a hold on the withdrawal pending investigation. baji bip cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
Section 5
Bonus and Promotions Policy
baji bip offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and any game-contribution weightings will be clearly communicated in the individual promotion terms.
The following general rules apply to all baji bip promotional offers unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed basic account verification.
- Only one bonus may be active at any time, unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
- Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who are currently on self-exclusion, cool-off, or whose accounts are under investigation.
- baji bip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonuses with wagering in progress will be honoured unless evidence of abuse is identified.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting software errors — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and the account may be permanently closed.

Game Rules and Fair Play

- Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity, including chargeback fraud.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — baji bip reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed outcome or payout, baji bip is not liable for any resulting loss and reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpayment from the player's account balance.
For sports betting, all markets are subject to the sporting rules of the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). Bets are settled according to official results as declared by the governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or replay, baji bip's specific settlement rules for each sport will apply and are available in the sportsbook help section.
Section 7
Account Closure and Suspension
Players may close their baji bip account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. Any real-money balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recently used qualifying withdrawal method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no pending wagering obligations remain on active bonuses.
baji bip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
- Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
- Operation of duplicate or multiple accounts.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Chargebacks filed against deposits made to baji bip.
- Use of prohibited software tools, bots, or exploits.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at baji bip staff.
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
Where an account is closed by baji bip due to a breach of these terms, baji bip reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, baji bip may forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable policy. If the investigation finds no breach, the verified balance will be returned to the player.
Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 months) may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as outlined in baji bip's dormant account policy. Players with dormant accounts will receive a prior notification at the registered email address before any fee is applied, provided the email address remains valid and active.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

- Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account remains open but betting and deposit functions are disabled.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request a formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 1 hour. During self-exclusion, the account is fully locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

General Provisions
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
baji bip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
baji bip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity due to technical outages.
All content on the baji bip platform — including logos, graphics, user interface elements, text, game assets, and brand identity materials — is the intellectual property of baji bip or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to baji bip for display on the platform.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
